So I know it’s been awhile since I posted about this but back in April from the seventh to the twelfth I went to Walt Disney World with my family. I went down with my dad, my mom, and my sister, Mary, and it was the best trip EVER!!!

This was my second trip to Disney World but the first for the rest of my family. We went down because my dad had a conference down there for work so we tagged along to make an awesome family vacation out of it.

We flew down to Orlando from Philly on Saturday morning and arrived early in the afternoon so after we checked into our hotel we went and ate dinner and then we to the Magic Kingdom. All four of us went to see Mickey’s Philharmagic and my Dad, Mary, and I went on Splash Mountain, both with fast passes of course, then it started raining so we went back to our hotel to hang out for the rest of the night.

The next day Sunday we went to Hollywood Studios. My mom’s childhood friend, Valerie and her husband, Ron, and daughter, Hannah, live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, so that day they met us at the park and we enjoyed a fun day with them. We went on Star Tours twice (all of us), The Tower of Terror twice, once with fast passes (Me, Mary, Ron, and Hannah), The Rock’n’Roller Coater featuring Aerosmith (Me, Mary, Ron, and Hannah) and all of us went on Toy Story Midway Mania, with fast passes, saw Muppet Vision 3D, with fast passes as well as The Voyage of The Little Mermaid, and The Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular and we also got to meet Groot and Star Lord from Guardians of the Galaxy. At one point in the midst of all this we got to stop and enjoy some ice cream as well. That night we got to stay and watch Fantasmic and Star Wars fireworks.

On Monday, when we woke up Mary had really bad ear aches in both of her ears so my mom took her to Disney’s urgent care and while they were there and my dad was at his conference I went to go somewhere to eat breakfast and then went to Disney Springs and did a little souvenir shopping. I got back to the hotel between 2:30 and 3:00. My dad came back to the room a few minutes later and shortly after that my mom and Mary came back (apparently they waited in urgent care for Four hours so I guess Disney’s urgent care isn’t very urgent). They found out that Mary had an ear infection in both ears and what looked like swimmers ear in one of them, so she and my dad stayed back in the hotel room while my mom, and I went to Animal Kingdom. When we first got there we went somewhere to eat dinner. Then we went on the Gorilla walk, Dinosaur twice, once with fast passes, as well as the kids version of Dinosaur, and we went to see It’s Tough To Be a Bug, Rivers of Light, and The Tree of Life Awakenings.

On Tuesday, Mary was feeling much better, so while my dad was at the conference, Mary, my mom, and I went to EPCOT. When we got there it was raining kind of hard so we bought some ponchos and when we came out of the store it was pouring so we ducked (more like ran) into project tomorrow to wait it out. When we came out it had cleared up so we went to the world showcase and went on Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros, and saw O Canada! and Impressions de France. We then hung out in Innoventions for a bit and then went on Mission: Space, with fast passes, and Journey into Imagination with Figment. Then we went back to the hotel to meet my dad and get on a bus to go back to EPCOT for a mixer that was part of my dad’s conference (they reset the monorail right after we got on it and then it got delayed so it took longer than we thought to get back and almost missed the bus). Earlier on because of the rain we didn’t get to use our fast passes for Test Track and we didn’t get to do everything we wanted to do but at the mixer there were two surprises. The first surprise was we got to see Illuminations: Reflections of Earth and the second was we got extra magic hours to do what we didn’t do earlier. So the four of us went on Spaceship Earth, Test Track, Soarin’ Around The World, and The Seas With Nemo & Friends.

On Wednesday while my dad was at the last day of the conference my sister, my mom, and I went back to The Magic Kingdom. We went on Pirates of the Caribbean, with fast passes, Peter Pan’s Flight, It’s a Small World, Space Mountain, with fast passes, and Splash Mountain again (which broke down while we were on it, so we got free fast passes) and we saw the Monster’s Inc. Laugh floor and Carousel of Progress. My dad’s conference ended at 4:30 that day so he bought an evening ticket and came and joined us in the park to have a fun family evening. We ate dinner at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe. We then used our fast passes for the Tomorrowland Speedway, Mary was going to use her’s for Space Mountain but it broke down right before she got in line, so she used it for the Speedway as well. Then we went on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and The Haunted Mansion, with Fast Passes. Then Mary, and my mom went back to the hotel to hang out in the hot tub and my dad and I stayed to hang out in the park for a while and then we got to watch the Happily Ever After Fireworks.

On Thursday we then flew back from Orlando to Philly and enjoyed the evening at home. That was my family trip to Disney World. It was awesome and I can’t wait to go back, hopefully it will be soon.

While we were there we discovered that Mary is not allowed to go on rides with Mountain in the name more than once because if she tries to go on them a second time they break down, so thankfully we went on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad only once or she would have caused it to break down too.

Hopefully I’ll talk to you guys again tomorrow. Bye Bye. See ya Later. Got 2 Go. Talk to you later. Ta ta for now. L8r g8r. Goodbye.
