Hi everyone! I think this post might be a little shorter than my average post.

So a few weeks ago I decided to start living a healthier lifestyle. Since then I have been eating significantly less sugar and more and more whole foods. I also have been exercising almost every day.

I have been working out and using 30 fitness challenges I found on various websites. I am eating mostly fruits and vegetables, lean meats, and a few carbs. It’s only been a few weeks and I have already lost 4 lbs of fat and gained 3 lbs of muscle. I am also on a month long ice cream and chocolate fast, so hopefully I can make it through that.
